Tasks
Blueprints, not to-dos
A task stores its steps and schedule and produces a dated run each time it is due. The blueprint is never finished; the run is.
Four kinds of step
Open a link, copy a line, choose from variants, or a plain reminder that sits unticked because it is not work.
Any schedule
Daily, weekly on a weekday, monthly on a date, once, or only when you say. Start dates included, so a task can wait.
Run it twice
Nothing stops you running the same task again on the same day. Some days need two passes.
A board and a history
The next four weeks computed from the rules, and a record of every run with what you finished.
One email a day
Optional, at an hour you choose, listing what is due. Off by default.
Your own mailboxes
SMTP credentials, encrypted, never exposed. Mail leaves from your domain and replies come back to you.
Caps that refuse
A daily limit per mailbox. Reaching it stops the send rather than queueing it for a worse moment.
Random mailbox per send
Assign several mailboxes to a template and each send picks one. Volume spreads without anyone tracking it.
Sequences by day count
Follow-ups measured from the first message, so a late send never pushes the rest of the sequence out.
A real sending record
Every thread with its messages, reply state and what is due next. Filter, select, and send follow-ups in bulk.
Test sends
Send the real message, with real variables, to any address — so you can see how it lands in a different client.

What it does not do
- It does not send on a schedule Follow-ups come due and wait for you.
- It is not a CRM No deals, no stages, no forecast.
- It does not scrape anyone The extension reads the page you are already looking at, and only when you ask.
- It does not write your email A generated first line is obvious to the person reading it.
- It does not send from a shared pool Your domain, or nothing.
