Terms

The agreement

Last updated August 2026.

The service

TaskWhole provides repeatable task management and outbound email sent through mail servers you configure. Using it means agreeing to what is on this page.

Your account

  • You are responsible for what is sent from your account and your mailboxes.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us quickly if it stops being a secret.
  • One person per account. Sharing logins is not a team plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TaskWhole to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages, to disguise who you are, or to contact people who have asked you to stop. See responsible use for the longer version. Accounts doing these things are closed without notice, and we would rather explain that here than surprise you with it.

Payment

  • The free plan is free and is not a trial.
  • Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your data. Reports and the extension stop working; nothing is deleted.
  • Switching between monthly and yearly is prorated by Stripe in whichever direction you go.

Availability

We try hard and do not promise perfection. There is no uptime guarantee at these prices, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. Scheduled email keeps its due dates through an outage — nothing is lost because a follow-up waits for you rather than for a timer.

Liability

TaskWhole is provided as is. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the previous twelve months, which for most people is zero and for everyone else is small. Deliverability, in particular, depends on your domain, your provider and your messages, and is not something we can warrant.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the change is announced in the changelog before it takes effect.
