TaskWhole for agency owners

The month you are fully booked is the month you stop looking, and the hole that leaves shows up ninety days later. The fix is not more hours — it is a shorter list you can actually finish.

What goes wrong

  • Prospecting slides to Friday, then to next Friday, then to next quarter.
  • You wrote a good first email in March and cannot find it in June.
  • Someone did not reply and nobody decided whether that was a no.
  • Two people on the team email the same studio in the same week.

Tasks a agency owner keeps

1 Monday new businessOpen the shortlist, copy the intro line, send five, log them.
2 Weekly follow-up sweepOpen Sent, filter to follow-ups due, send them in one pass.
3 Monthly list buildThree sources, one sheet, one owner.

How it fits the week

Delivery fills the day, new business gets whatever is left, and what is left is usually nothing.

1

Write the task once

The steps you take every Monday become a blueprint: open this list, copy this line, send from this template. Next Monday it is a checklist, not a decision.

2

Send from the page you found them on

The extension reads the address off the studio site, fills the variables from the page, and sends. No tab switching, no clipboard.

3

Chase on purpose

Follow-ups are due dates, not automation. You see what is due, you decide, you press the button. Nothing goes out while you sleep.

4

Learn which line works

Reports show which message got the reply — the first, or the one on day nine. That decides whether writing more follow-ups is worth the evening.

A sequence that fits

Every gap counted from the first message. Nothing sends on its own.

MessageWhenWhat it says
Intro day 0 One specific observation about their work, one question, no pitch.
Nudge day 3 Two lines. Assume the first went to promotions.
Close the loop day 9 Say you will stop, and mean it. This one gets replies.

Questions

Can I use my own domain and mailbox?
Yes. TaskWhole sends through your SMTP, from your address. Nothing goes out from a shared pool, which is what keeps replies landing in your inbox and your domain reputation yours.
Will it send while I am not looking?
No. Every send is a button press. Follow-ups become due and wait for you.
How many mailboxes can I use?
As many as you like, on any plan. Each has its own daily cap, and a template picks one of its assigned mailboxes at random so volume spreads on its own.

Other use cases

Start with one task

The whole working product is free. Reports and the extension are $5 a month, and only if you want them.
